12月31日 The Last DayYOYO PEOPLE!
Today is the long awaited, finally arrived, and yet dreaded last day of 2008!
Anyway, today, I have to finish my commonwealth essay!! haha, if not it would be as if I took one year to do it.. muahaha
and today I am going to write my yearly reflections
and my 2009 resolutions
and plan my year
and ooooh I'm so excited, yea ok I'm so mad :)

It's adventure...
What's so grand about that, nothing, i just like to call it that cos I did a lot of things today...
Firstly, there was the overall campfire briefing, which I only attended for a short while cos after that we went to set up the campfire again..
Then, we had a 'wonderful' time setting up the campfire, actually i quite 佩服 the CCA leaders like the uniformed groups ones, cos they very pro! As in, yea everybody helped to set up the campfire la but then they do the most, IMO, like they help bring out and wash and keep the pit, they stack the firewood, they help tie the wires and make them taut, and etc etc.....
So anyways, the campfire took particularly long to set uo today because instead of one, we tied all four wires!!! How exciting! and as usual one of the wires got tangled and we spent a LONG LONG time untangling it, eventually, successfully... another reason was because we cut one wire too short and had to re use another wire cos the tape wouldn't stick the twine n the wire together. TSK.
So after that the campfire was set up(finally) and I went home to pick up my i-weekly!
Then I waited for mumu's call to pick me up from katong then we went to MOELC to get books.
Apparently, the same thing happened man!

then we went to junction 8, where we ate lunch and i bought a pair of pink and white striped socks,
No one laugh at me feet! Okay haha, whatever la, even if you want to laugh it doesn't matter hehe My socks NICE OR NOT? And I have a matching T -shirt from Bandung :) KK I'm going to do other stuff now, BYE! 12月26日 TKGS=(temporary) incineration plantHello!
today, I went for campfire trial! We were doing the outdoor campfire, real one. REAL FIRE. haha, I feel so thrilled, maybe JJ is right, I really settle for cheap thrill :)
so anyway, we prepared one bunch of (cardboard) bananas, i have no idea why bananas?, and smeared it with kerosene and then the CCA leaders lit is up and let it flying fox down to the pit. Ohmy there were lots of booboos.haha
like the first time we tried the banana refused to light up
then the banana dropped off the wire and started burning on the grass! haha that was damn funny man..
then finally the third time, it went smoothly except that after crashing into the wood, it sunk to the bottom and burnt for 2 minutes...and went OUT O.O!
then the we decided to cheater a bit and put in dry twigs and leafs from the guides den and around the grassy area and lighted matches to burn them
THEN the stupid thinggy refused to burn and we only had a teeny flame until one of the CCA helpers (idk her name) lit up a few successfully :D
then we gave up lighting the rest and someone(idk who) fished out the lighter and lo and behold we had our fire in no time :D
then we went round and we were like singing the campfire song
but there was this line 'campfire's burning in the dark dark night'
and so vaishnavi changed it into 'campfire's burning in the bright bright light' :D?
very fun!
then we started throwing any 'ol thing in; GG boxes, matchboxes, matchsticks, more twigs, more leaves... ANY THING!
HAH then our fire actually got quite big! cool eh?
of course there was much prepration work :D
monday, there's another trial, im gonna make me more useful and see the fire again, and i think I will bring my cam along to take photos to post here :D

12月22日 My PSP Hello everyone, this is the PSP that I won earlier back...
It's blue!
And VVN n Aunty Clara has it too :) but I don't know what colours theirs are...
Anyway, I bought a blue PSP case and the memory card two days ago.. so I could start fussing over my PSP liao. I can't put WMA format songs in it! man that is sad, so I have to go and convert files into MP3... and some pictures the format is not supported idk why?
And and I have been trying to find a suitable wallpaper for my PSP and then I decided that it is best if I made one and look!
 It really looks colourful on my PSP and I am so pleased with me. okay now, I decided to post my current favourite songs list

12月16日 DiggingHello! Today, I went to help mumu clear out the cupboards filled with JJ and I's old school stuff. I also cleared two drawers full of stuff from my room. And I found loads of stuff mann! HAH very cool.
1. We 'uncovered' JJ's primary one and two art file and I was laughing at her artworks, not that they were bad, just very funny. I suppose I'm not allowed to post the pix of it here otherwise JJ might kill moi..
2. I found my sec 1 Home Econs file, and apparently I still have the cloth leftover from my notebook piece! :D
3. I found loads of past year papers from my book stack this year, I decided to impart my Geography Primer, 手册, and (unused) past year exam papers and some other books to Chu Yi, idk if she wants them.. gonna email her later..
4. In my drawers, I found something so AMAZING OK. It was 10 Singapore $1 coins. Yea you know you might wanna box me because that obviously does not sound amazing. The amazing thing is that they are made in 1975 and are now the out-of-circulation-type. cool?
5. I discovered that I actually have a few African dollars, I think that must have come from dudu, since he's the only one who has been to Africa in our family... :D
6. I found a lot of photos! There was one on my P4 sch excursion around the singapore river area, and one of my friends took a picture of me, and I can tell you straight I look 10x more AHMA in that photo than now. Yes I know you can't imagine it. Sorry I'm not going to post it here cos Aunty Clara will probably be the first to laugh at me :D :D :D
7. I found that I actually have a lot of letters! So from today onwards I'm going to stop complaining that no one sends me anything :]
8. Final Conclusion: I realised that I have been lame all the whole time. Yes, Aunty Clara is going to say: Haiya, ahma, you should have realised that long ago...

OMG! See p1. I read so much then p2, I read less, and p3, I rarely read and p4 to p6 reading is kind of like a once in a blue moon thing, and sec 1 I like so did not read much! And sec2, hmm Let me see the list of books I read this year...

And anyways, I just came round to it that I have no affinity with that book Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, because I'm not going to ead it. AGAIN. Why, cos I found something new!

Again, I have finished reading a book!
This book, is again, a book that has been introduced to me because someone in class did it for book sharing. So yea, fun :D
It's so nice!
 but come parts were a little less interesting, so I skipped a few chapters. Heehee I'm more interested in the funny parts of what the dog did, and what happened in the end :)
Yea, I really like it quite a lot. But I've nothing much to say :D
Really about 'life and love with the world's worst dog'.
Oh! The movie is going to be out on Christmas Day! I wonder if I can catch it...
And now, if I ever feel more motivated, I am going to read Snow Flower and the Secret Fan
 Heee, maybe I will not even read it when the new year comes..hahaha :D

12月8日 BlurredHi! Todays post is sooo confused that I can't even think what to categorize it as! Haha, anyways, I have sooo many things to do!
1. EL commonwealth essay
2. Check out Chinese website
3. Chinese comprehension
4. Math graph question
5. Redo math assignment
6. Get shoes for next year
7. Get my trolley bag for next year(I can't carry anything heavier than 5kg on my back)
8. Try on my skirts for next year(obviously JJ's thinner than me and her skirts have to be altered)
9. Pack my room nicely for CNY
10. Settle my CNY shoes
11. At least 5 more things to do, just that I temporarily can't remember......................
So, what have I been up to...
Yesterday was JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test)! The break time was kinda pointless actually, they have a 25minute break just after a 25minute paper! Okay that was the first paper. Vocabulary section. I finished and check. Good timing. The second section was listening. NOT GOOD. Y?
1. Becos for part 2, you had to chade both the correct n non correct answers! And I shaded question 2 at question 1. T___________T I am gundu right. so I didn't hear question four clearly, because I was erasing and re-shading question 1 n 2 n 3. Ohmy......
2. The test ends the minute the tape ends, so there's no time for checking answers or shading. :{
Yea...
Then the grammar section, it was 50 minutes! But my back started to ache and I didn't really focus, so the 10 minutes I had left after finishing the paper was left to slacking and drawing on my question paper.. wahahaha...
But I think it was okay lar, AT LEAST I HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF PASSING.
doing well... ER.....................don't think so but pass most prob. ;)
So anyways, today is such a WET day! I woke up at 5 something in the morning because of the RAIN. **angry** Then I went back asleep and woke up again at 6 plus when popo woke JJ up so that she could open the gate for her and go home. Then I woke up again at 7 plus, because of the WIND. GOSH it was SO FREAKING LOUD! I've never heard the wind howl so loud outisde my room window ever before man! I got freaked out and went to hide under my blankety heehee :X
okay yea, so its such a good time for sleeping, but I shall not, and go do something productive, like something in that list above....

12月6日 Countdown to 2009!HI everyone! 2009 is coming! So I am going to add a countdown timer to every post of mine :) from now on :)
Okay, that's about it! Oh, and omygosh! time passes so quickly! Tmr, I am going to sit for JLPT a.k.a. Japanese Language Proficiency Test. Level 4. HEhee the simplest level :) ut ohwell, for a beginner like me! Okay, that's REALLY about it. Yesterday, I finished reading the Inspirational Book 'Chicken Soup for the Singapore Soul'.
It was so great! I mean some of the stories are so inspiring(duh!) and I read about the hard times that some people encountered and how the overcomed them, and make all problems seem so small. It made my own life feel so peaceful and un-hilly :)
But I think I like it just like that. :)
ALL PROUD SINGAPOREANS YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK! :D
